Here are some common issues and ways to fix them. If you can't find your issue and solution here, please open a support ticket in our discord channel here.
Cross-Chain Deposit
I exited the page early.
Is there an ongoing transaction that is still being processed?
- If yes, then wait for it to finish and see if it confirms. If it confirms, then follow the steps here to complete the deposit.
- If no, continue below.
Were funds subtracted from your origin wallet (other than the transaction fee)?
- If yes, please look below for a more descriptive description of your issue and follow the guidelines. If issue remains unresolved, open support ticket in discord here.
I received an Error.
Were funds subtracted from your origin wallet (other than the transaction fee)?

After clicking "Start Transfer", I get an error message, but my tokens have already left my wallet.
To solve this common issue, do the following:
- 1.Retrieve the last transaction you made from the origin chain. Ex: if this is an Eth -> Solana deposit, find the last transaction from your Metamask.
- 2.
- 3.Follow the instructions there, and at the end, your tokens should successfully appear in your Solana wallet.
- 4.To finish the deposit, head back to 01.xyz, click deposit, and this time, deposit from Solana (don't do a cross-chain deposit, because your tokens have already been bridged to Solana)
My tokens are no longer in my origin wallet, but my margin account does not have my tokens either.
Check the following:
- Refresh 01.xyz and are the tokens still not there?
- Check your Solana wallet, are the tokens in your wallet? If they are, then that means the bridging was successful, but the deposit failed. To continue depositing, simply head back to 01.xyz, click deposit, then deposit from Solana (don't do a cross-chain deposit here).
If none of the above work, then check if your transaction from your origin wallet was successful, if yes, then do the following:
